+ -1 moreSIGWART CONTRACTING DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY BROUGHT 3 DIFFERENT SAMPLES OF SIDING FOR US TO CHOOSE FROM. ALSO THEY WERE VERY FLEXIBLE IN A LAST MINUTE DECISION TO CHANGE THE EXISTING BATHROOM WINDOW TO A SMALLER SIZE. THE COMPANY MET OUR EXPECTATIONS AND COMPLETED THE JOB WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME.
Description of Work: REMOVE OLD SHINGLES AND DISPOSE. INSTALL VINYL SIDING ON HOUSE. WRAPM MOLDINGS AROUND WINDOWS WITH ALUMINUM. INSTALL SUFFIT UNDER PORCH. REMOVE EXISTING FIRST LEVEL BATHROOM WINDOW.REPLACE WITH NEW DOUBLE PANE.

+ -1 moreSIGWART CONTRACTING DID AN EXCELLENT JOB BUILDING AN ADDITION TO MY DESIGN. HE ALSO GAVE ME DIFFERENT OPTIONS ON CHOOSING WINDOWS TO KEEP WITHIN MY BUDGET. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED BY THE DEAD LINE GIVEN.
Description of Work: BUILD ADDITION ON THE BACK OF HOUSE. DIG AND POUR FOOTINGS,FRAME WALLS AND ROOF AND INSTALL 25 YEAR WARRANTY ROOF SHINGLES.
