Service Master Of Bel Air

One of the worst experiences to have with a contractor.  
While the $3,600 estimate was rather high, we felt that going with a national provider would give us peace of mind and insure a better user experience.  The estimator for Servicemaster of Belair, Wesley, seemed competent.  But when it came time to do the job, he did not accompany the workers (who were most likely inexpensive contract labor).  Instead of a 1 day engagement, Servicemaster of Belair and their 1099 contractors had to come back to the house 3 more times in order to do the job right.  We had to take numerous pictures and spend large blocks of time writing emails and calling them in order for them to come back.  
The most distasteful part of the experience was that before coming back a third time to do the job right, Servicemaster brought 3 people out and tried to strong arm my renter into believing that no more work was needed to be done  by them because they had only been contracted for carpet removal not mold remediation - WHICH WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE.  
Servicemaster of Belair means - BUYER BE WARE- in my book.

we have 6 small dogs, so cleaning the carpet was a job. took off $100 because we'd moved all the furniture (we had no idea, so they easily could have charged us the original price).  clearly professionals, major equipment, very professional.  Also do oriental rugs.  we're having them do are rugs as well, will post that separate. did the work one week after we requested - on the date that we wanted it done. fabulous job!
