 + -1 moreI USED TO USE PETALS AND POSIES FOR ALL MY FLOWER NEEDS DUE TO THE CONVENIENCE AND LOCATION. BUT I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. THE OWNER HERSELF TOOK MY ORDER AND SHE WAS QUITE RUDE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. I HAD JUST LOST MY 16 YR. OLD DAUGHTER AND I WANTED HER FUNERAL FLOWERS TO BE SPECIAL. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED HER IF THEY WOULD BE EXACTLY AS THE PHOTO. THEY WERE NOT ANYTHING LIKE THE PHOTO. NO COLOR AND THE GREENS WERE WILTED. I WAS UPSET AND MY FRIEND CALLED AND ASKED THEM TO COME FIX THEM BEFORE THE NEXT SERVICE. THEY DID NOT AND THEY WOULD NOT RETURN HER CALLS. SHE CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES.
Description of Work: WE ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MY DAUGHTER'S FUNERAL. WE ORDERED A SPRAY FOR OVER THE CASKET AND A STAND-UP ARRAY.
