I brought my car into PEP BOYS and described noises and what I figured needed to be replaced on the car. A week later I picked up the car and to my amazement, ALL of the noises were still present (wheel bearing, squeaking, knocking when tuning). I brought the car back and questioned why those issues were not dealt with. I had even said a wheel bearing was bad, so I was a bit unsure why that was missed. The staff was VERY friendly and took the car back to get it right. I picked it for the second time. The wheel bearing was fixed, but the squeaking and grinding persisted. It's too bad. The folks ARE really nice and helpful, but 3 return trips to get complete repairs is 2 too many. They did and quot;compand quot; some parts and labor which was unusual and really appreciated—I will perhaps give them another try in the future. They did some things well, but I'd say it's only 50% complete. Summary of requests: Repair 2 tires with nails in them (I bought the tires from PEPBOYS !!) NOT DONE Repair parts grinding when turning sharp NOT DONE Lubricate Squeaky suspension NOT DONE Install strut ( I did three on my own) DONE Repair wheel bearing DONE

Appointment time booked online. Arrived and explained the problems. They called right away with their estimate and let me know a fan fuse had blown. They blew off my concerns with the wet floorboards, saying the window was leaking(turns out it was a clogged air conditioner drain, I wish they would have checked it, but oh well). Overall, they're generally fast, and the things they fix do tend to stay fixed. That's more than I can say for some of their competitors. I was annoyed that they thought I was stupid enough to believe that the window was leaking from the outside, up through the floorboard when the vehicle hasn't been in any rain in three weeks.

They did a service on the vehicle and they found out we didn't need the high repairs that the other company was recommending. They have really good hours, for people with busy lifestyles. I would highly recommend them for car repair.

I described my concerns to the Service Manager. Shortly after dropping off my car, he called with an explanation of work needed and an estimate. The work was finished promptly and actually cost a bit less than expected. Well done!

I am very happy with the service that is provided. My yard is mowed once a week. It is always very nicely cut and trimmed. The cleanup post the mowing is also always completed. I would definitely recommend.

They were prompt and courteous. I have a lot of confidence that this shop never does work that doesn't need to be done. I love them.

They have done a nice job. It was a good experience but it wasn't like a super great experience. They were ok and they were nice about it. They were fast. I didn't feel like I was gauged for the price.

They installed the battery and were careful not to worsen the exposed wires. They were friendly and professional.
