 + -1 moreTHE EMPLOYEES WERE ALL VERY NICE. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO TRY TO EXPLAIN THE COMPUTER TO ME AND WHY IT WAS PROBABLY NOT WORTH FIXING. THEY EXPLAINED THAT COMPUTERS CHANGE EVERY 5 YEARS AND MY COMPUTER WAS 9 YEARS OLD AND VERY SLOW/OUT-DATED.
Description of Work: MY COMPUTER'S SOUND WAS NOT WORKING. I TOOK IT TO THIS STORE AND THEY LOOKED AT THE COMPUTER'S INTERNAL WORKS AND TRIED NEW SPEAKERS. THE SOUND STILL WOULD NOT WORK AND THEY TOLD ME THE COMPUTER WAS TOO OLD TO FIX.
