The work was quite involved and there were a few challenges along the way which did add several additional days to the original 2 week time frame, but they were dealt with professionally. These challenges included the stairs which were curved and needed to be scraped by hand, the placement of the refrigerator which needed to be shifted several times to allow for work to be performed, the kitchen floor which took a long time to demo given the additional layer of flooring below the tile which subsequently needed to be removed as well, and several rainy days which necessitated cutting wood indoors with dust kept to a minimum.
While we knew the process would be a temporary inconvenience, Vince Morrow kept the dust to a minimum and worked long hours and weekends to try and minimize the subsequent time delays incurred and we couldn't be more pleased with how the hardwood floors turned out. The color and quality are beautiful.

We were concerned with the condition of our floors prior to Vince refinishing. There were several stains, we needed to have an area patched and there were a lot of small holes from all of the times carpet had been installed. Our floors are 66 years old and have never been refinished. They required more work than Vince expected including an extra sanding. What impressed us the most is that even though our floor required more work, he charged us the price he quoted us. Our floors look amazing!

Vince Morrow is a complete professional. Substantially beat the price of our other estimate and was able to start the work within 1 week. We purchased a house and decided to have the floors refinished before we moved in. Vince responded quickly (within an hour even though we initially called on a Sunday) to our request for an estimate.The estimate was $3300 for 6 rooms, a hallway and 1 flight of stairs. Vince was able to schedule the start for the following week and completed the work in 6 days. Vince showed up on time. Worked professionnally and quickly. We could not be happier with the results. The floors look wonderful

TOOK TIME WITH US AND BROUGHT SAMPLES OF GLOSS, SATIN, AND FLAT VARNISHES, SHOWED THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WATER AND OIL BASED FINISHES. RECOMMENDED OIL, GLOSS. OUR FLOORS ARE BEAUTIFUL.
