 + -1 moreI am totally satisfied with my experience and Mr. Arias' handling of the problem. I will absolutely not purchase another Stearns and Foster product, but am very comfortable in recommending the Mattress Giant in Abingdon.
Description of Work: I visited there on Monday, April 25th. Mr. Arias happened to be in the store at the time. I informed him of my dissatisfaction and reluctance to deal with Stearns and Foster, so we looked at several other brands of mattresses. Mr. Arias and the other gentleman in the store were most professional, very accommodating, answered all questions to my satisfaction, and exerted no sales pressure relative to my selection of another mattress.
