Masonry Work
We hired Mark to repair our front brick steps. He removed a large about of damaged bricks and did an excellent job with the masonry and we were very pleased with the finished steps. The problem came when he said he could replace and install new iron hand railings. He incorrectly installed them 3 times and then disappeared after multiple emails. This project also lasted from March until May. We now have patched holes throughout the brick, a patched hole in our new concrete walkway and one of the railings actually fell over. We will have to fine someone else to get new railings and then to repair the damaged bricks. Our walkways is permanently damaged too.
