Work performed was well done perfect and at the expected cost. The store is an old independent store located in a Bel Air MD a suburb of Baltimore. My wife called around for price on a specific dryer and found it in stock for a good price of 629.00 The delivery and installation was only 30.00 for both but a GE rebate of 30.00 made the delivery and installation at no charge. The old salesman explained the features of the unit and we paid and left. Upon returning home we were overcharged by 30.00 over the phone quote. We called them on this problem and they refunded the 30.00 with no problem. The best part was the no noise or lack of attention and service found in the big box stores, what a pleasent experience. Good price, friendly people in the sales floor and office, followed up with a good price and excellent on time delivery and installation made this a great experience. One that I will use in the future.

THE GUY HAD TO CHARGER US BECAUSE OF HIS TIME AND ENERGY TO COME OUT AND SHOW US TO PULL THE START BUTTON OUT FAR ENOUGH TO TURN THE WASHING MACHINE ON.

OVERALL THE EXPERIENCES HAVE BEEN INCONSISTENT. THEY ORDER THE RIGHT PARTS WITHOUT A HITCH AND OTHER TIMES THE PARTS TAKE FOREVER TO COME IN. THEY OFTEN COME IN AND HAVE BEEN MIS ORDERED.
