Terrible customer service.....have been waiting for nearly a week for a call back regarding issues with merchandise we purchased from their store. My husband has called 5 times and been brushed off every time with the promise they will call him right back, there is no manager in the store, etc. Very disappointing!!!

One of the legs on a stool didn't match. It took them over a month to solve the issue and ended up replacing a bar stool. We have had several issues and whenever this happens, they do not seem like they know the process or what to do.
