 + -1 moreTerrible customer service.....have been waiting for nearly a week for a call back regarding issues with merchandise we purchased from their store. My husband has called 5 times and been brushed off every time with the promise they will call him right back, there is no manager in the store, etc. Very disappointing!!!

 + -1 moreOne of the legs on a stool didn't match. It took them over a month to solve the issue and ended up replacing a bar stool. We have had several issues and whenever this happens, they do not seem like they know the process or what to do.
