I don't have much experience when dealing with realtors but if all of them worked as hard as Kim did, few people would ever have any complaints.  She started by coming to our house to meet us face to face and sit down and evaluate our property.  She had listings of currently selling and already sold homes in our area to give us an idea of what we could expect out of our home.  She was always upbeat and excited about selling our property. My wife and I do not decorate all that much so Kim came in and decorated and helped stage our house for pictures and showings.  Now that I am  again searching for another home in a different area, I can really appreciate the photos that were taken to put online.  She has a friend come in and double check the staging and take pictures using the correct lighting so none of the pictures are dark and gloomy.  Kim also has pamphlets made from the photos so that visitors can take them home with them.
After our house was put on the market we were given weekly updates of how many people were looking at our home online.  We were also signed up for a text alert program that would alert us of future showing times and allow us to accept or decline with a simple text message.  It was very convenient.
Kim was very accessible and got back with any questions or phone calls in a timely manner.  Kim made the home selling process as painless as possible.  I recommend her to anyone trying to buy/sell in the area.  My wife and I were very pleased with the service we got.

Kim was incredible.  I called her after a very disappointing run with another realtor.  She met with me, discussed my property and what I could expect and then left the listing contract with me so I could look at it and think it over (no pressure whatsoever to sign).  She offered helpful, and not very expensive suggestions to get the house ready to show.  Finally, she SOLD the house almost immediately.
Kim was pleasant to work with, returned my phone calls and or responded to my messages in a timely fashion.  I would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house in Harford County!

She was fantastic.  She would return phone calls and e-mails right away, usually within an hour.  She recommended a HVAC service to do work and paid for another contractor to come out when the other buyers wanted more work done.  I can't imagine a better Real Estate Agent.

Kim was excellent from beginning to end! She immediately understood the specifics of our situation (financial, family, schools, housing needs, timing etc...).  She worked tirelessly to help us stage and sell our old house and find and buy our new house. Things got a little complicated around the settlement (on our end, not Kim's), and Kim just kept reassuring us and working hard to make sure everything went smoothly. It did!  We are already recommending Kim to our friends and family, and we would unhesitatingly use her in the future.

Kim was extraordinarily efficient.  She sent us a huge sheaf of houses to look at immediately and we started visiting houses right away.  She was always on time, optimistic and prepared.  We could not have asked for a finer realtor.

When we were ready to sell our home and buy another, I called several realtors who were quite busy and did not have time.  Kim was immediately pleasant and ready to help us.  She sent an email listing with over 20 homes which we printed out that afternoon and the next day we began to look at houses.  We found an ideal house and Kim also helped us sell our former home. Throughout the entire experience, Kim was friendly, punctual, and thoroughly prepared.

We have bought and sold five properties including rental/investment properties with Kim over the last 7 years and she is the best agent we have ever worked with.  Kim is a very experienced agent and has a thorough knowledge of the real estate market in Harford County and surrounding areas.  She is always professional, but very friendly and easy to work with.  While final decisions are always up to us, we have relied many times on Kim's advice and she hasn't steered us wrong yet.

I have never worked with an agent who is so organized and on top of the details.  Kim is incredibly thorough and has a rolodex full of useful contacts such as home inspectors, contractors, etc.  She is always responsive to calls and takes the time to listen and understand what her clients are looking for. 

In our experience every real estate transaction hits a bump in the road (or several) and Kim has always been able to help us negotiate our way through the difficult points and close the deal.  And, after all, isn't that the whole point?!
