I like him and he came in and said it should be replaced. He shook something and it came on but then it turned off. Another guy came in to put in our new fridge and said we had wires unplugged. He fixed it and I got charged for both accounts. It should have been a one time deal, which pissed me off. I had heard two people praise him but I was left pissed. To rank his knowledge and ability against the guy who fixed it, I'd say he has got way more.

He was here for 35 minutes and charged $95 for labor and $40 for part!!! Dryer works but this wasn't an emergency call so I can't imagine how he thinks $180 an hour is reasonable.

I just purchased my new house and the previous owners were supposed to have fixed the dishwasher. But the person they hired said he couldn't fix it. I called Kaylor's and left a message. George returned my call 10 minutes later and set up an appointment with me. He did an excellent job, found the problem right away and fixed it. He was punctual and professional. I would recommend him to anyone and will gladly ask him to repair anything else that breaks down.

KAYLOR APPLIANCE AND REFRIGERATION CAME OUT AND REMOVED THE BACK FROM MY DRYER AND CLEANED IT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY EFFICIENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.
