He helped us prepare the house for sale in order to compete. At his own expense, he engaged a skilled stager with good, common-sense ideas. In 2012, my husband retired from the military and we decided to purchase a larger home in Fallston to accommodate our growing family. Unfortunately for John, it took us over a year to find a home that fit our needs in the Fallston school district. John was incredibly patient, showing us properties and never pressuring us while we found the best home for us. Once we found our new home, John listed our current home and had it sold within 3 days at our listing price!
