About us

We are a small company of 2 employees. We use other licenced contractors for electrical and plumbing work when needed. Small maintenance projects are payable when the work is completed. Larger projects are done on a 1/3 down to begin and the balance in agreed payment schedule. We do free estimates. Work can be paid via on-line payments and credit cards.

Description of Work: They have done several projects totally remodel of the kitchen, basement, living room and dining room in anot her home we own. This was a challenging project and they did a beautiful job and very high quality. |The most recent project was too recover from a flooded basement and family room. We wanted to totally remodel and convert a half bath into a full. They did the remediation on an emergence bases even though they already a full work schedule. The work was done beautifully and they did a great job at not disrupting our lives. Truly the highest quality at a price that was very easy to accommodate in our budget. Great results!!!!

Description of Work: We had a flooded family room. A lot of damage to carpet flooring walls and electrical systems. The job required remediation and repair and they did a beautiful job. High quality, kept the mess down as much as possibly and gave us a result the exceeded our dreams. |We have used them before and always with great results. My experience and work with Frank went well. The first job he did for me was replaced my kitchen cabinets. He was referred to me by WINDOW WORLD in Bel Air, who replaced all my windows and the were EXCELLENT!! Frank also bought and replaced the toilet in my front bathroom with a handicap one for my elder mother. I than had him back this last time to replace drop ceiling panels and some repair work and replace some electrical outlets. As soon as I am able to save some money I am going to have him do some flooring and painting work for me. No job is to big or too small for him and he does not complain about anything. I fix him a pot of coffee and he is good to go. I am a Christian woman and he is also a Christian so to me it is very comforting to work with someone of his nature. My little dog even likes him. I highly recommend Frank Harris to do any work you may need to have done around your home. He is very good at what he does and makes sure things are done right and if there is a problem he will make it right.
Description of Work: Frank has performed several jobs for me around my home and done a wonderful job. He is fair and very trustworthy and a very pleasant person to work with and I will continue to use him in the future for other projects. I would refer him to anyone from small to larger projects especially to single women who need help around the house. Frank is not a flim/flam man or a scam artist out to take you for your money nor out to get over on anyone. Honest and good hearted and hard working.
