Hidden Valley Contractors

It was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. He was never punctual, never worked 5 days in any week, (never worked a 40 hour week). The contract that was presented to us, we found out way too late, did not meet the minimum criteria that is mandatory to meet the Maryland Home Improvement Commission standards. My driveway was ruined by the concrete truck that delivered the concrete for the footer, and the same truck ran over a section of my yard adjacent to the driveway. He made some nonsense offer to fix it but never did, costing me in excess of $4,000.00 for a new driveway. At this time the project, although has been inspected and approved by Harford County Maryland, is not within acceptable code in regard to the exterior siding. The county concurs with my findings. He has offered to correct the siding deficiency, but I will not allow him on my property to make the correction, as I have zero trust that he will complete the job with any sense of urgency, or in a timely manner.

I have so many more negative comments to write, but let it be said, that this contractor should not be allowed to advertise on Angie' List, and shame on them for not doing their homework.
