He arrived even earlier than the window provided. Knowledgeable of our situation. Worked with supplier to replace plump that was still under warranty. He had everything back in working order in a couple of hours. Plan to call Harford Custom Plumbing for future projects.

He came out in 20 minutes... Very Prompt! He found the problem right away, which was a pinhole in one of our pipes and had it fixed in about an hour. We were really happy with him. He was a very nice man and we feel like we now have have ourselves a permanent plumber.

He arrived an hour after we initially called him. Within 2hrs of his arrival the leak was repaired, the glue had dried and he ran water pressure checks to ensure that there were no other leaks. He provided us with advice on how to mitigate future pipe freezes and recommended other specialists that could provide better analysis. All that happened within the span of four hours from the moment we found him on Angie's List. He saved our basement with quality work and VERY reasonable price tag. The savings covered 4yrs of Angie's List annual fees. Bob is a class act and he is now our plumber.

Bob Ewers of Harford Custom Plumbing has been my plumber for 5 years. My home was built in 1957, so the plumbing is quite old and was not always up to today's standards. His service has been excellent every time.
Most recently my plumbing in the bathroom was completely clogged and took hours to drain even a small amount of water. Bob came last week and spent almost 6 hours trying to locate the clog in the system. The original clean out access was placed in the attic and was not accessible for this issue.
Bob cut out cast iron pipe in a few places last week to to find clog. It looked like he found the problem but it appeared again late Friday. He came back Monday and replaced the entire run of cast iron with PVC pipe eliminating the clog. It was an extremely messy situation and Bob cleaned up afterwards, mopping the floor and wiping down walls.
Over the years Bob has given me excellent education and advice on plumbing problems as well as on non-plumbing issues. He is a nice person with great skills and commitment to his work, and he has integrity.

As I stated above professional gentleman and true to his price and he worked hard to put in the toilet for my husband who Has cancer.

Excellent..Bob came to our home and reviewed with the owner what needed to be done. We scheduled an appointment. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. I was extremely pleased with his efficiency in fixing my items when two other plumbers told me over the phone that I would have to totally replace my shower faucet which meant they had to put a hole in my wall for access.Bob fixed the shower faucet in 5 minutes!! Bob is honest and fair with his prices.

While draining the upstairs Master Bath tub we heard what sounded like a waterfall coming from downstairs in the kitchen....it was the sink overflowing all over the countertop, cabinets, and floor. Called several plumbers from A-List but the soonest appointment was not for 3 days..uuugghh...until I called Harford Custom Plumbing. They could not get out to us right away either,BUT, the owner had me talk him through the plumbing "symptoms " of our house and provided several solutions that we could do ourselves.. HOW COOL WAS THAT ! We are now dried out, plumbed out, and looking forward to our next no-worry bubblebath.

I had another pulmber come twice and he was no able to correct all the pipe leaks and was not knowledgeable about the boiler system.

They showed up on time to do the work and did what they said they were going to do. They even came out on an emergency for me to, with no complaints. They cleaned up well when all the work was completed. They were friendly and polite. I would use them again and would also recommend them.

MR. EWERS IS AN EXCELLENT PLUMBER. HE WAS PUNCTUAL, PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT. HE HAD ALL THE RIGHT TOOLS FOR THE JOB AND DIDN'T WASTE TIME. WE HAD CONSIDERABLE WATER DAMAGE FROM THE LEAKS AND REALLY APPRECIATED HIS QUICK AND CORRECT ASSESSMENT OF OUR PROBLEM.
