WE CALLED GUARANTEED RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE AND THEY GAVE US A FAIR QUOTE AND WE CHOSE TO REFINANCE OUR EXISTING MORTGAGE THROUGH THEM. THE SETTLEMENT WAS GREAT.
