n When we came back to the store . I asked for the same sales girl and she didn't hear the page she was in managers office . That was fine and had someone else to answer my questions about the sofa bed and with of the arms that we were concerned about . When other sales girls came back I said I guess you will have to split the commission now and the other sales girls seem to be upset . Although I , don't think as a customer that should have been mention to me at all.. I found this very disturbing too .So, not sofa bed was purchased and left for good . Suppose to give me a price on recliner and never heard from her . I took my business elsewhere . I will not go back . This didn't happen at one of their other stores .

Gardiner's did an excellent job for me. They were helpful when I selected the furniture, delivered it in a timely manner and placed it where I requested. There was a minor problem with one of the hinges on the entertainment center but they corrected it to my satisfaction.

From the moment we walked in the door, the experience was wonderful. They have a huge selection for all tastes. Our saleswomen was very knowledgeable and friendly, and helped us get our best deal; they even got us free pillows! Buying was easy; I got credit on the spot. We paid more than we wanted for furniture, but received double the quality. The movers were very professional and careful. A very small factory defect was noticed, a repairman was sent out in a timely manner, and the item was replaced without hassle. We're very happy.
