Very disappointed with the overall process as well as net result. Kay Dietz does not listen carefully and does not employ technology effectively. She overpriced the property initially, resulting in a slow sale for less money. Contract negotiation was difficult as she couldn't use Docusign. The closing was a disaster as she missed key details, which were time-consuming and difficult to correct. Her negligence delayed the closing, at great inconvenience to the buyers, other service providers, as well as me, her client. I suffered a loss of time and money, for which she offered no compensation. I am a veteran homeowner with many transactions under my belt, and this was by far my worst experience with a realtor.
