At first I thought the price Mark quoted me was a little high, but it turns out, considering the complexity of the job (3 sump pumps in a large dual level basement and newly installed French Drain) it really wasn't. Within a few dollars, his price was pretty much in line with the other quotes I got. More importantly, there were no surprises or add ons. Everything was stated in the contract. The system was installed and I got an acceptable radon report emailed to me within the week, as promised. Mark was accessable and promptly answered my phonecalls and emails, which was important to me since I live out of state. If you want someone to do general contracting/repairs/radon remediation, I would definately recommend this company.
Description of Work: Excel installed a radon reduction system in the house I'm selling. After being impressed with this service, I hired Excel to do a couple other things (not included in the above mentioned price...install a couple basement electrical outlets and remove an old sink that was not to code.
