Ed was very professional in all his interactions. He was very honest and I felt relaxed with him in our home. He tried to keep the mess from the work site to a minimum. He picked up the tiles from the store and provided suggestions as to alternative ways to configured the tiles that would look better. When questioned, he provided some information regarding some other workers in another part of the house where the work was not going as well. The quality of his workmanship was excellent. He used one other worker who was also had good craftsmanship. The tiles and bathroom look very good and we are all pleased with the results. The tiles were very well placed, very symmetrical and level. He was concerned with how satisfied I was with the completed job and the payment seemed to be a secondary concern. I would use him again if another job was needed.

ED IS A METICULOUS WORKER. HE WORKS ALONE, BUT IS VERY EFFICIENT. HE WAS EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE AND HIS WORK EXQUISITE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ED FOR ANY TYPE OF CERAMIC TILE WORK.
