TERRIFIC!! THE CONTRACTOR WORKED WITH US TO SELECT THE RIGHT THINGS TO DO TO BUILD THE DECK FOR DURABILITY. THE SCREENED IN PORCH HAS FOUR SKYLIGHTS AND TWO ceiling FANS AT THE SUGGESTION OF THE CONTRACTOR AND IT HAS ADDED A GREAT DEAL TO THE SPACE. AS WELL THE SCREENED AREAS WERE DESIGNED SO WINDOWS COULD GO IN THEM SOME DAY.

TERRIFIC! THE CONTRACTOR WORKED WITH US TO FORMULATE IDEAS AND SUGGESTIONS TO ENHANCE THE SPACE. THEY INSTALLED FRENCH DOORS BETWEEN THE BACK ROOM AND THE FAMILY ROOM TO ALLOW THE LIGHT FROM THE SLIDER TO PENETRATE THE BACK ROOM. WE WERE GIVEN ALLOWANCES TO GET ITEMS AND THE ALLOWANCES WERE RIGHT ON. ALTHOUGH WE MADE CHANGES THE CONTRACTOR DID NOT HIT US WITH A LOT OF CHANGE ORDERS AND ADDED COST.
