+ -1 moreTERRIFIC!! THE CONTRACTOR WORKED WITH US TO SELECT THE RIGHT THINGS TO DO TO BUILD THE DECK FOR DURABILITY. THE SCREENED IN PORCH HAS FOUR SKYLIGHTS AND TWO ceiling FANS AT THE SUGGESTION OF THE CONTRACTOR AND IT HAS ADDED A GREAT DEAL TO THE SPACE. AS WELL THE SCREENED AREAS WERE DESIGNED SO WINDOWS COULD GO IN THEM SOME DAY.
Description of Work: WE HAD A pool SOFT DECK ADDED ON TO THE BACK OF THE HOUSE. 400SFT WAS A COVERED SCREENED IN PORCH THE OTHER 400 OPEN DECK.

+ -1 moreTERRIFIC! THE CONTRACTOR WORKED WITH US TO FORMULATE IDEAS AND SUGGESTIONS TO ENHANCE THE SPACE. THEY INSTALLED FRENCH DOORS BETWEEN THE BACK ROOM AND THE FAMILY ROOM TO ALLOW THE LIGHT FROM THE SLIDER TO PENETRATE THE BACK ROOM. WE WERE GIVEN ALLOWANCES TO GET ITEMS AND THE ALLOWANCES WERE RIGHT ON. ALTHOUGH WE MADE CHANGES THE CONTRACTOR DID NOT HIT US WITH A LOT OF CHANGE ORDERS AND ADDED COST.
Description of Work: WE HAD 1200 SFT OF BASEMENT REMODELED TO INCLUDE A LARGE FAMILY ROOM W/ BUILT IN TV CONSOLE AND A BAR, A FULL BATH, STORAGE ROOM AND LARGE GUEST/CRAFT ROOM.
