Did a very good job.

Michael J. Norris was the person I dealt with, he is the owner and very experienced. I had came to Dent Doctors because I received a quote from a competitor in Baltimore and even though I live in Baltimore, I drove to Bel Air to get a second quote. Moreover, I had brought a car to them in 2007 and had a great result with a dime size door ding repair for $75.
So Michael informed me that it would take a while and he could drop me off somewhere or I could wait there. Being from Baltimore, I didn't have anywhere to go or nothing to do, since I was there I just waited and was happy to have it done that day.
We picked up lunch and Michael started on the car when er returned.
He was comfortable with switching out my side mirror that I purchased from the dealer, which I knew was difficult and complicated, without complaining or trying to bulk up costs. He quoted me $50 less than the competitor and did a wonderful job on the dents and putting in a complicated mirror with no literature to rely on. It took longer than we expected and the mirror was tricky to get in, I helped him hold things and assisted; he was patient, professional and pleasant.
I highly recommend Dent Doctors and Michael Norris for paint-less dent removal and minor body and paint repairs.

The results of the repair performed on my car was nothing short of spectacular. I could not even tell where the crease and dent was previously on the car. I am so pleased, as these were the only 2 major imperfections on the outside of the car. He even polished a few scratches off the trunk lid that were visible. Wayyyyyyyyyy better than having to take it to an auto body repair shop, and then having to worry about them trying to get them to match the paint on an 8 yr old vehicle, plus all the time involved with that mess, not to mention the expense.I scheduled the appt the day before, and decided to wait on it, but there is a restaurant nearby that I could have passed the time at, had I wanted to. No need, he actually finished about a helf earlier earlier than expected and I was good to go!
Very pleased, I would definitely recommend their services, the quality of their work is A+.
