Stay away! Took a necklace to be shortened on 2/20/21. 2 weeks passed no communication saying it was ready to pick up. They call you when finished called yet again going on week 3 now. Owner had not even started to work on my necklace. No reason as to why work had yet to be completed.Shortened the necklace which is a box chain. I walked in and asked and the owners wife says. Why are you here? Did we call you? No, it’s been almost a month. STAY AWAY!!!

Took a wall clock in to have the main spring fixed. The sleep time is now off by 2 1/2 hours, the hour gong sound is out of tune as if the hammers misaligned. He is not very personable or informative, when we asked about the clock repair he couldn't tell us what he had really done to the clock and all his answers were one word answers as if he didn't have time for us.
