CertaPro Painters turned our new house into 'our' house, with colors choices that look fantastic and repair jobs that make things look like new. We had the entire first floor of our home painted, which included a powder room, office, stairs leading up and down, front foyer, upstairs hallway, coat closet, pantry, dining room, living room, and family room. We have an open floor plan so the dining room, living room, and family room really needed to work well together. We had everything painted, to include ceilings, doors, door frames, front door, trim, window sills, and walls. We worked with CertaPro over several months to finalize our job. We had a color consultation that really helped us make choices that we are very happy with. The recommendations of types of paint for all of our rooms works well with our toddler roaming around and touching everything - very easy to clean. I feel they went above and beyond with the care taken to fill cracks and holes, caulk gaps, seal stains, and sand. I ended up home with a sick toddler while they were completing their work, and the care they took to ensure that we were okay was very much appreciated. We changed our mind about wall colors the second day into the job and they were ready to make the changes. I could not be happier with the work that was completed. Bonus is that the company was very clear with the paint they used on all aspects of the job and left all leftover paint, so touchup work and later repairs have been a breeze. Would highly recommend using this company.

The Team of Painters arrived on time. Very professional and friendly. Looks greats! I scheduled additional work with Dave and his Crew. I would recommend this painter. There might be lesser expensive options, but Certapro was worth the few extra dollars.

The service was good. The price was good. The Sherwin Williams product they used is absolutely awful. I was told it was a thick product like the Behr deck over, IT WAS NOT!! Had to put a stop payment on my check until they applied a third coat to finally satisfy us. I will not contract them again to do any more work while they continue to use Sherwin Williams.

They did a very nice job for us and we were pleased with the work that they did. They were business-like in setting up the contract and doing what they said they were going to do. So we felt that it was a good experience. They were very professional.

It went well. They were good. They did a good job with the estimating. I had a pretty good sense of what the cost was going to be and it came in at about where the estimate was. They did a great job with prepping the wall work as well as doing the painting. They painted the condo before I moved in so I don't know how clean they kept it. The quality of work was good and it was done on time. The estimate was accurate. They were not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and they did a good job.

I was very satisfied with them. They finished the work in one day and they also did a good job of cleaning up. They were very polite. They came out promptly to do the work and they did it all in one day. I guess it would depend on the project contracted with them to do. I liked the idea that they were very good about being careful not to get paint on surfaces that didn't need painting. Their cleanup was very good.

The job surveyor arrived at the appointed time.  He did a thorough survey of the area to painted.  He asked us exactly what we wanted done and what our expectations were for a finished job.  He gave us a firm price, not an estimate, when he had completed the survey and worked up the job order.  He explained exactly how the job would proceed.
The two painters arrived on time and reviewed the scope of work with us again to be sure they understood what was to be done.  They worked diligently and cleaned up at the end of each day.  We reviewed the daily work in the evening and noted areas of concern, which the painters fixed the next day.  The job took three days,and we reviewed the work at end of the third day.  The painters did an excellent job.  We were 100% satisfied with the completed work.

We hired CertaPro painters to refinish our deck.  My husband and I purchased a home a little over a year ago which was built in the late 80s and the deck looked as though it did not receive much attention over the years.  While still in good overall condition, the deck required some minor repairs and to be refinished/sealed.  Mac Caldwell came to do the estimate (within in a day of the request) for both the repairs and painting, which was a fair and reasonable price for the job.  Maynor and crew completed both the repairs and painting.  They did a thorough, quality job on both.  Upon completion of the job, the site was completely cleaned up and nothing was left behind which pleased me since my young children play in the area.  Maynor provided copies of receipts and went over the bill line by line upon completion of the job.  Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely use CertaPro in the future for any painting projects we have around our house.
