Floors look great, the price was cheaper than the big name carpet/flooring companies.  The insallers worked within the timeframe they estimated.  The floor trim was very expensive so Bel Air carpet suggested they stain real wood, which matches perfectly and was much cheaper as well.

Lauren was great with helping to pick out our area rug.  The texture and color are exactly what we were looking for to compliment our family room.

No issues; on time and very professional.

installers were grumpy and did a lousy job of installing.  They had no interest in making sure the customer was happy.

The staff at the store were extremely helpful.  The owner came to the house to do the measurements, he was very knowledgeable and offered some useful suggestions.   Since I was prepping my house to sell, they moved quickly to obtain the rug I ordered and to have it installed.   The installers did a good job removing the old rug and installing the new one.   I was very pleased with the end result.

The ordered carpet received was defective, Bel Air Carpet called right away to let us know and reordered. The carpet reorder was received in a timely manner and installed right away. The installation team was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Bel Air Carpet was a great experience, no nickel and diming. a great one stop shop with a price that included all services, i.e.. removal of old carpet, help with furniture moving, padding and installation of new carpet.

The salesperson at the store was very helpful with choosing the carpets, and did not push a particular brand. They had a good selection of colors, styles and brands.
The installers showed up on time, and did a great job removing the old carpets and installing the new ones. They took the old carpets and left no mess.
The installation was done over a year ago, and there have been no problems with the carpets, or seams coming apart, etc.
I was very pleased with the entire experience and would use them again.

The men were on time. Got right to work and did a great job.
My wife and I are very pleased and we will be using them again very soon. There isn't anything negative that I can say about this Company and their workmanship.

I was extremely pleased with Bel Air Carpet. My condo had hardwood floors in the kitchen and wall to wall carpet in rest of the area. I wanted wood floors in all the public spaces (living room, dining room, hallway and den) and new carpet in the 2 bedrooms. The subfloor in the condo is gypcrete. The existing wood floor had 3 inch boards which had been glued to the gypcrete. This would have difficult and costly to pull up, but the condo association required that any new flooring be floated with sound barrier underlayment. Marrying the two floors was problematical, but working with Bel Air Carpet, I was able to match the existing wood almost exactly. I am very pleased with the result.
The people at Bel Air carpet were great. It took me a while to choose the carpet and I was very worried about how the floor match would look. Geri, the sales rep, was low keyed and helpful, guiding me through the selection process with no pressure whatsoever. The wood floor installation team was terrific. They were prompt, friendly (putting up with my inquisitive min pin), and worked hard to line up the boards exactly. I am ecstatic with the result. The carpet installers were also great - on time, quick, and professional. Clearly Bel Air Carpet takes pains to work with great installation teams.
I could have gone with a cheaper floor installer, but I'm glad I didn't. The whole experience with Bel Air Carpet was great. I definitely recommend them. Two thumbs up!

Excellent carpet selection, wonderful customer service, prompt and unusually excellent installation. What a find!

I started shopping for carpet in the Fall of 2012. I worked with Gerrie of Bel Air Carpet. She was extremely helpful and patient with me. She ordered at least five to ten samples of carpets so that I could see the colors and patterns in my house. I narrowed it down to two and received prices for both completely installed. I ordered the carpet in early April and it was installed near the end of April. The installation guys showed up on time and completed the job in approximately six hours. They worked hard the entire time. They were extremely professional. All the furniture was moved out of the rooms and put back in place afterwards. They were a bit rushed near the end when putting the furniture back and the nightstands were reversed. I had to switch them back as it was easier than emptying the contents. All in all they did a great job. I love the carpet. it's so soft and cushy. My only issue is since the carpet has a pattern, the seams are a little noticeable.

Our overall experience was great! First, Gerri, my salesperson was low pressure and gave me guidance on what she thought might work, keeping my budget for the project in mind. She also encouraged me to take home samples to figure out just what I wanted.
Although we are price conscious buyers, we were more concerned with the installation of the product. We learned this lesson the hard way previously. We know that the installer is truly the measure of a good job. Although we could have saved a couple of hundred dollars with another company, we chose Bel Air carpet because we felt we could trust their installation team. We were right. The installers, especially of the hardwood floor did a superb job. They were very professional, courteous and on time.We could not be more pleased. We will use this company again for all our flooring needs.

They did a very good job on installing the carpet. After the original installation, a few of the steps were not finished correctly. We contacted the company and they immediately had someone contact us to schedule an appointment to redo the areas that was not done to our satisfaction. The installer that came out to repair did a great job. Their customer service is exceptional. They were always pleasant and seemed geniunely concerned

We visited the showroom several times to select the tile and carpet. Everytime we were greeted soon after entering the store. The showroom has lots of samples to view. The staff was friendly courteous and very helpful.

The service men arrived on time and did a neat and professional job in laying the tile. The job was completed on time.

Bel Air Carpet obviously cares about their customers and made sure our needs were met from start to finish. Really enjoyed working with them.
