REFINISHED 4 ROOMS OF HARDWOOD FLOORS.  WAS RECOMMENDED BY ANOTHER FLOORING COMPANY WHO DID OUR KITCHEN TILE BUT DID NOT DO HARDWOOD .  OUR ONLY PROBLEM WAS GETTING RETURNED PHONE CALLS.  THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME.  WORKED THROUGH THE WEEKEND.  FINISHED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE AND DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB, WHICH INCLUDED REPLACING DAMAGED OR ROTTED FLOORING AND BLENDING THE WHOLE JOB.  WE PLAN TO HAVE THEM DO MORE WORK FOR US.

Great experience from start to end.  Mike made a recommendation on flooring for both this area and another area in my house that is working beautifully.  The floors look great!  Will definitely use them again for my flooring/carpeting needs.

Baystate Carpet and Flooring did a tremendous job of removing and replacing over 1,000 square feet of tile, carpet and old hardwood flooring. Although the job did take a bit longer then expected, the finished product is excellent. The attention to detail on both the tile and hardwood exceed our expectations.
They removed the 2 1/4and quot; hardwood in the foyer as well as carpeting in the family room and office and put down 3 1/4and quot; hardwood.
They made some nice finishing touches to make the area look even nicer in terms of trim, etc.
Baystate also put down about 500 square feet of 18and quot; DIAGONAL tile in the kitchen. Although it does cost more, it does make the kitchen look larger and you can tell that it was put in place by a professional crew. The grout matches the tile and the shoe moldings also are a perfect fit.
Communication between the owner, Michael Esposito, and my self was outstanding.
Both the Hardwood and Tile crews cleaned up every day and were very professional.
It is hard to find a contractor that has a combination of good prices, good service and an outstanding finished product,
Baystate is a company that cares about the customer and, more important, the finished product.

Installers showed up on time and got right to work. I was surprised that they moved everything out of my kitchen - including my gas stove, refrigerator and island! I was a little disappointed to find out it was a two day job - I had not planned on that. Only one of the installers came back the second day, though, so I'm sure it took longer than it needed to. They did an awesome job, though, I am very happy with the vinyl and the molding. Everything was put back perfectly.

Baystate sent out a crew of two men to do the work. They completed the work in one day and it was beautiful. They were moved my furniture and put it all back exactly as it was. I couldn't have asked for a better job to be done. Customer service is a very strong point practiced by this company. The owner Mike was very understanding of my needs and made sure that everything was done exactly as I had conveyed. GREAT JOB!

These guys were great! I thought I'd have to lug all the furniture but they did everything with just moving stuff around. It was a condo, but it's pretty full and they knocked out the job in 7 hours or so. They were really nice and when they put some furniture back without putting down our area rug, they happily made the correction.
We were just getting a cosmetic makeover with budget carpet, but we would call them for those big jobs in the future.

The material they suggested is top quality and their price was lower than anyone else's, by far. The installers showed up as scheduled and did a great job. This is the third job they have done for us. They have also installed new flooring in our kitchen and new carpet in our living and dining rooms. Mike Esposito is great to work with. Be aware that when you call you usually go to voice mail. Just leave a message and Mike will call you back. He will set a time to come to you with samples. He is very knowledgeable and makes good recommendations. They do not have a showroom. This cuts overhead and allows them to sell for less. They have been in business for many years. Highly recommend!

They got there exactly on time and did a fantastic job of installing the carpet. They did a superior job on the small details too. They removed all the old carpet, tack strip, padding, and debris from the 20 year old carpet that was there. Very clean and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing wall to wall carpet installed.

They were very conscientious and prompt, and they worked to the finest detail. Since the work was for the whole upstairs area, they had to move furniture from one room to another to get in there and do it and put the furniture back. Everything they did was very well done, and their price was good. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

The quality of the work was outstanding. Several areas had previous water damage, and they were able to sand and refinish them flawlessly. It's been just over two years since I had the floors done, and they continue to hold up very well (I went with a satin commercial grade finish) and guests always complement how great they look. There was some dust involved in the process, but they did a good job cleaning up afterwards (the house was vacant at the time of the service) and also vacuumed out the vent registers, etc.

I had a very good experience with Bay State. Very professional crews, particularly the crew that refinished the floors. Highly recommended!

They can get you the exotic wood if you want them. They were professional while they were here. I would use them in the future. They are very timely. They arrived on time to do the work. I would recommend them. The quality of their work was good. I was very pleased with their work.

We compared prices with other local companies and Bay State provided the best pricing. The product and installation came out great! Their installers were excellent to deal with.
