Several issues continued after they were addressed with the owner over the year they did our work. They were more expensive then others but after our 1st meeting, I thought he understood that we live in the country and our grass can stay wet until midday. I made it clear that we wanted an afternoon cut and if they couldn't get us in their schedule, we would find another company. He promised me they never cut super wet grass.
Initially, they came in the afternoons, then gradually, they would show up in the mornings. There was always an excuse why. Over the year, it happened more frequently. By afternoon, the grass would lift up & look like it wasn't touched which made me feel like we were wasting our money. They also would direct their mowers towards my gardens & pond, which would be filled with grass. I would find trimming that was never done or it was done in a way that made it look like a child did the work. They would use the blower in my large mulched gardens to try to get the heavy grass out but instead, would blow half the mulch out which I would have to rake up weekly.
I would try to address my issues in a nice way but was ignored. I started paying extra to have the area around the pond bagged in order to prevent it from being full of grass. A couple of times, I caught the guys using the rider around it, without ever using the bagging mower. I guess they didn't know I was at home & and thought they could get away with it. I also had damage done that was left. When I let loose on him about everything the last time he was here, he said he wasn't coming back because he "couldn't please me". Very true! When you pay for a service & it isn't done, you get kind of mad!
My elderly neighbor used them & held on to them until this year. She called me to find out who I presently use because she had the same issues. Her final straw was when they hit a shrub in front of her porch with the mower and broke the whole front of it off & left it laying there without saying a word to her. 
I now have a company that is cheaper, very professional & I love! I have never once had to say word one to them them about their work this entire season. Guess I can be pleased!

They give attention to detail.  They try to please their customers.  They do definitely listen when you have a problem and correct it.  I will use their services again in the future.

Patio project went well - except for the rainy weather that had Scott delayed a bit.  After completion of our patio Scott did return in June with that special sand needed to fill in between the pavers.  A small section of patio was overlooked at the completion in late May.  We were very pleased that Scott came back with the sand -- neither of us noticed that this small section was overlooked in the first place.  We would highly recommend Scott and his crew for anyone who would like a beautiful patio added to their yard.
