9x12 rug was cleaned, fringe trimmed and dry rot areas repaired. Vendor is very knowledgeable about oriental rugs. I felt that the prices quoted were fair and the work was done with high quality.

I've used Aref's Oriental Rugs for over 7 years. I was very impressed with their cleaning and deodorizing of our rugs. They are very knowledgeable, take care of the rugs, and were upfront about the color running on one of the rugs. They did rewash that rug at no charge to see if they could do anything more. They will pick up rugs and drop them off or if you take a rug in yourself they will give you a discount as well. Aref's Oriental Rugs was very good about follow up and I've been very pleased with service.
