Mallow Construction Inc

Mallow Construction was the general contractor. We, the homeowners, provided the plans for the porch and obtained the building permits. Mallow construction did the carpentry work themselves and sub contracted out the plumbing, electrical, and roofing. They paid attention to the "little details" that make a project shine at the end. Ken Mallow tactfully made a few key suggestions on how we could improve our plans. We incorporated all of his suggestions. Our next door neighbor liked how the construction crew was highly professional, such as no foul language. I completely agreed. From site prep to final touch painting it took three weeks, which was on schedule as promised. They were also on budget. All of our surrounding neighbors complimented the porch. Others, such as our mail carrier and the Fed Ex man have enthusiastically commented on the porch. We are thoroughly satisfied with our lovely porch and the team that built it.
