Webb Tile and Hardwood

Terribly. Ryan stated he would have the job done in two weeks. It took him four and a half and the work is lousy. No need to ramble on, the pictures speak for themselves. The photos are a small sampling. The entire first floor of our house was affected by this man and his misleading qualifications.

I wanted to update the guest bath.  I had several local companies come in and quote the job.  The existing floor was linoleum which would have to be removed and the sub flooring was questionable.  Several contractors came out and gave bids that were open to expansion ... if something was wrong the cost would go up, if another thing happened additional costs would have to be charged.  The house has hot water baseboard heat which also impacted the costs.  Mr. Ryan inspected the room, noticed there was most likely a problem around the toilet and gave me a firm price.  He had photos of other bathrooms he had done giving me firm ideas of what could be done in my space.  He remove all torn out materials from my house and completed the job within the time frame he stated.  Better yet, if there had been a problem with the plumbing he has a plumber he works with.
