They didn't level it right, I get a puddle when it rains. Its also rusting.  I've called and there has been no follow up. In my opinion they need to come back and redo the entire job.

Under our contract signed in January, our security storm doors were to be installed by February 20th.
On February 12th, we were told the doors would "be here in about 3 weeks." That would have been about two weeks past the contract deadline, but we appreciated the notice.
On March 3rd, we were told to expect the doors to be installed Saturday, March 7th. Now that we had an official installation date, we made sure to be home that day. We waited all day. But no one contacted us that weekend regarding the installation. We emailed to ask for an update.
A few days passed. On Wednesday, March 11th, WEACO told us a second date for the installation - they said they would come Saturday, March 14th. However, on March 14th, due to rain, they called and said the installation needed to be rescheduled. We understood, since the rain and cold weather that day could make it difficult. We were able to reschedule the installation to Friday, March 20th, so we adjusted out schedules and made sure to be home that day as well.
Friday March 20th, came and went, and *again*, no one from WEACO contacted us. Another day spent at home waiting, without any notice regarding WEACO's nonappearance on a day we all agreed upon.
Throughout this process, we tried to be patient, but, at this point, we were a *month* past the agreed contract deadline for the installation, and WEACO had *twice* been no-shows for scheduled installation days without any communication from the company. Incredibly frustrated at this point, I detailed these points in another email to WEACO. We told them we either needed the doors installed ASAP or we needed a full refund so we could go with another contractor.
Apparently, that email finally got things moving, and two days later, Sunday, March 22nd, they came and installed the security storm doors. The actual installation only took about three hours.
So, although we are very happy with the quality of the security storm doors, we experienced several frustrating communication breakdowns and delays from the company. Based on this experience, I doubt I would use them again, and I would not recommend them.

The side rail was initially not made and installed as requested. As a result, they took the rail back and fixed it but I did end up with an extra hole in the vinyl siding as a result.

WEACO did a great job of delivering on design, price and execution. We worked with Wade from WEACO and found him to be straight forward, creative and consistent with whatever we spoke about and agreed to in the scope of work. I would definitely recommend the company and Wade specifically.

My experience with WEACO was great. I had a return call and an appointment almost the same day I first contacted them. My meeting with Wade was good. He seemed to hear me and he understood what I was looking for. He made a suggestion that saved me some money - and it was something I asked him to do and he would have earned more money for the work -- but, instead he told me that the item wasn't necessary and to save my money. He sent me lots of ideas and then superimposed these ideas on an actual photo of the area. It made making the decision so much easier. The final product didn't have any surprises because I had already seen it.
The work was done very quickly but when they came to install the gate, the stone on the patio wasn't quite the way it was supposed to do (I was working with several different contractors whose work all came together at this exact site). Wade called me right away and we discussed options. He had a perfect fix - and I think that the and quot;fixand quot; makes the gate look much nicer - more expensive. It was a happy accident - but Wade made it be so. It could have been a big headache.

I needed a safety railing around an outside stairwell. As a first-time iron buyer, I didn't know what I didn't know about design, quality, and installation. Wade Dauses at WEACO helped me understand the decisions to be made, gave great advice that wasn't about raising the price but about stability and value, and always answered my questions and considered my suggestions.
After our first phone call, Wade visited my house, took pictures of the site, and emailed me a photograph with an overlaid sketch of the potential solution. That was great! I could immediately visualize what the rail would look like. Over a couple of subsequent phone calls, we refined a couple of points for stability and looks, added a little bit of ornamentation, and settled on a design and price.
They delivered the railing on time, installed and solid as a rock. And they kept the process simple. Wade was extremely profession and supportive. It was all really easy, right in my price range, and the railing is gorgeous. The whole process took a little over 2 weeks.
I wish I needed more iron around the house. But I'll recommend WEACO to anybody who does.

The representative who gave me the estimate was professional and courteous. He helped me decide what style of bars to use, which windows they should go on, and made a detailed order that was fulfilled exactly right. He wasn't fazed when I went with the less decorative (e.g. cheaper) styles. The guys who did the installations had their issues. First of all, they had the wrong address, so before calling or ringing the doorbell they removed the grates from my neighbor's basement windows and installed the ones they brought. (To their credit (???) they thought it was weird that we wanted new grates when there were already ones on the windows, but not weird enough, apparently, to stop and ask before proceeding.) When the confusion was cleared up (not apologizing for the mistake, but somehow vaguely making me feel like it was my fault), they replace the neighbor's grates, and installed all of ours. When they finished they told me how the top floor ones were really hard to do. I felt bad, but also not sure that they should be looking for sympathy from me - it felt unprofessional. Also, some of the grates were screwed into the seams between wood panels in the windows, which doesn't look that great and I'm a little concerned this will be a bigger problem over time. Overall, however, I thought the experience was fine, and am very happy to have the bars. It has been two years, and we've had no problems with them.

I got their recommendation online, and enjoyed working with them. I had security issues at my property, and used security screens temporarily but needed something more long-term. Damon, my estimator, was very prompt and measured everything, offering advice and suggestions. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them and certainly plan to use them again.

They did a good job. They didn't leave a mess. We were satisfied with the work. They did what they said they were going to do and in the time frame they said they would do it. If needed we would hire them back in the future.

They finished slightly quicker than their estimate said. They seemed to have done a good job. They were professional and they stuck with their estimation or really close to it. We got what we wanted.
