It usually works great. We don't really have interruptions in internet or phone service that are caused by them.

I hate them. They are horrible. They don't even offer the best internet service in Baltimore city. The service is not good. I don't want to use them again, but I don't have many choices.

There was an extra charge which was showing up on my bill so I called Verizon and they told me that they were just collecting that extra fee for another company. So, they gave me the number of this company. They were so quick to take the charge off it was almost suspicious. I just don't think that is on the up and up. I am so angry at myself for not having more closely check my bill each month. But when I call, I never get a nasty person. Sometimes, I can tell when they are fooling around it on a wire somewhere because all of a sudden, my computer isn't picking up and I can't get online as well. I would probably stick with them because I don't have much of a choice.
