They don't offer FIOS in Baltimore city. I love Verizon, so I have cut back my services with them. I am paying $15 for the landline and $45 for WIFI. I get lost while on hold. The service is good. I stayed on hold for over an hour one time. They could manage incoming calls in a more timely manner. They are awfully expensive, but so is everybody else. Once I have an appointment scheduled they are on time and they do good work.

I had two choices, and I didn't like the other company very much previously, so I went with Verizon, and I like them. They have good customer service and I haven't had any problems.

I don't care too much from them. My wife has become more involved in television than I have. The installation they did here is kind of average. I wouldn't use them if I had a choice.

There are only two options for cellular carriers in my area. They have better coverage in my area. My plan includes unlimited text and data. I have not had any problems with them. I think that they pass on the price of putting up more cell towers to their customers. They have dependable service.

I chose them because I heard good things about them. They provide a good service. I will continue to use them.

We have just the usual problems that everybody else has with them. They come whenever their last appointment finishes. You can be waiting here an hour or more for them to show up. I will stick with them unless another company comes along that we like better.

I've been with them for 50 years. It took one day for them to come out. I use them for telephone and internet access. I pay $50 and $80 respectively. In spend $130 in total. I don't have trouble with the phone service, but have much trouble with the internet service. It is serviced by the wi-fi connection and the signal drops frequently. I'm way out and I don't get many alternatives. I would continue to use them in the future.

I am happy with them if I don't have to call anybody or deal with them over the phone; it is impossible to deal with them over the phone. I have been with them for years and years. We have multiple cell phones, internet service and TIVO. The quality is good but dealing with their office is impossible. I find that people who come out to do the work are very good.
