U-Haul At Falls Rd

Note: U-Haul uses a central call center which is disconcerting at first, only because you think you are speaking to someone at the location you called. Sherrie (at the Falls Rd facility) was my primary contact and she ensured that everything went smoothly. Very friendly and professional. She came out to look at what I was moving ( a significant downsizing, from a house to a small condo), confirm the number of boxes I would need, dropped the boxes off the day before my hired packers came, picked up the boxes the following day, and shipped them to their respective locations across the country. Excellent communications and service.
