I do not recommend contacting this business without getting at least two more estimates and doing some basic research on garage door mechanisms (quite basic, actually). I went against my own advice and ending up agreeing to pay $455 for what was actually a very simple repair: a broken wire cable. The technician/owner, Rami Fortis, claimed that it was best to replace both sets of cables, pulleys and springs. I now realize I was fleeced for less than an hour of work and a very simple repair.

I called Towson Best Garage Door and they came the next day. After talking it over we decided to just go ahead and get a new opener. The technician arrived on time and stayed late because the installation was complicated. He was courteous, did a great job - it took him several hours - and cleaned up. I would use them again. It was more expensive than i had anticipated but the extras I got will be helpful. .
