Pool and Spa Servicing
After signing an agreement with Mr. Christopher for the installation, the installation was entirely done by a sub-contractor from Florida, Mr. Kent Tulley-who did a fine job-I only wish I could have dealt with him directly and left Mr. Christopher out of the picture. After completion of installation, Mr. Christopher was contacted to fix a leaking jet nozzle and most recently (June 9, 2008), a faulty hydraulic hose. His employee shows up 4 1/2 hours late-with his girlfriend and another friend. I refused to let the tag along friends onto the property and called Mr. Christopher to reschedule, only to be told how difficult I was and that I could just go to a hardware/home repair store and buy a wrench and fix it myself and that he was "doing me a favor"! I ended up having to install the lines myself. What a total arrogant JERK!
