Furniture Refinishing
Who knew that replacing foam couch cushions could be such a scary prospect? After doing online research, asking around, and reviewing the couch warranty, I was at a complete loss of where to start. Enter Frank at The House of Foam to completely save the day.
From the moment Frank said hello on the phone he was nothing but courteous, patient, and approachable. I never once felt like I was getting a sales speech -- or pressured to ordered anything in particular. Frank spent the time on the phone, and again when I went to the store directly, to go over the different kinds of foam that were available and the pros and cons of each type. When discussing the different kinds he wasn't pressuring me to get the most expensive, it felt he genuinely wanted to make sure that what was wanted/needed was what I ended up going with. And super bonus true to his word on the phone the day before, he replaced the cushions in less than an hour!
All the guys that worked there were friendly. When walking into a huge warehouse it can be daunting, but I felt comfortable and welcome the entire time.
Will definitely be going back to The House of Foam to get the rest of the cushions on the couch replaced! If you need replacement foam, Frank is THE GUY to talk to.
