The initial blind purchases and installation went well. Six years later one of the blinds broke and we wanted to purchase a new one to replace the broken one. We called the company myriad times and left message after message without not one response. Hoping to get some type of response we made a confirmed in-home appointment for a representative to come to the house. At the time of the confirmed appointment we waited in our home to no avail. Not one word of communication from the company nor a representative. We believe they have become a SCAM operation and do not recommend them at all. PLEASE ALL BE AWARE!!!!

The staff both at the store and during installation were very friendly and knowledgeable. The in store staff was patient as we picked out the perfect blinds, which were then installed timely - they look great! Would highly recommend!

The new store was great. Ordered 6 pairs of blinds and not only was the price great, communication was above and beyond. Installed and looked awesome. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
