She did good the first few times, than started the cancellations and no shows accompanied every time with excuses.
I waited for her today and last Friday and she did not show up without any prior cancelation or explanation.
After calling her and texting her many times she would respond with an excuse about a car accident, a sick family member, a phone out of service, etc.
She was good when she started. She did what I asked her and cleaned good. But after 3 or 4 times the same day cancelations and no shows started. She would text me again and I would give her another chance thinking maybe her excuse was true, to give her the benefit of the doubt, but end up with more disappointment.
Her rates are good, her cleaning is good, if you're willing to put up with no shows and a lot of excuses and didappointment.

I was pleased with the work done.

This was her fourth visit and I had been happy with services up until today. They seemed to be in a rush on this visit, as they forgot to empty the overflowing trash. On this visit Teressa brought her cousin. When they had left, I had checked my room and noticed $45 was missing. I called her to let her know and fire her and she denied any wrongdoing. She kept saying to call the police and advised to file a report. She offered to pay it out of her pocket and I declined since I do not think it was her that took the money, as it was only her cousin that was in the upstairs where the money was. She said she would get back to me and I have not heard from her since.

She's good. I had people before her who were absolutely terrible.

She's nice and very personable. She does a nice job. I'm satisfied with it. She's good and I trust her. She's offered to take me to the store. She does a great job on the bathroom, and that pleases me.

She come every 2 weeks.

They clean my house top to bottom. They use their products and take care to protect all surfaces. They do an amazing job. They are friendly, and work as a team.

They did a great job. Everything turned out very, very well. It wasn't cheap, but I wasn't expecting it to be cheap because of the quality of work I expected. That being said, they really exceeded my expectations. This company is much better than any other cleaning serivce I've ever used.
