We recently had JP and Joseph replace our patio doors, a basement window and front storm door. We are very pleased with the work. The construction was very careful with a beautiful outcome! Joseph and JP were able to work around an uneven doorjamb, when replacing the patio doors. We were informed of their progress every step of the way and would highly recommend Tension Seal.

Went well.

It went very well. The samples in the showroom let me see what I was ordering, as opposed to picking exclusively from a catalogue or web site. The installers were very precise in their work. The door looks great.

I have dealt with this company in the past, but was not sure that I would be purchasing when I went to get an estimate. The company has charming and knowledgeable staff, who are not engaged in high pressure tactics They were prompt in coming to our homes to get measurements and then to provide estimates. Their prices were considerably lower than another company. They gave an estimate of when the work would be completed and actually did the work earlier than anticipated. They showed different samples of products and mentioned differences between the products, but didn't pressure us to purchase the more expensive products. After they measured the spaces at our homes, we were able to upgrade to a better product for a small increase in cost...again without any pressure. A door which I preferred and which was less expensive was available after they looked at my existing door and frame. I can't emphasize how nice it is to work with the people in this company.

They were timely, friendly, and professional. I also found their rates to be reasonable and they cleaned up the mess after the job was completed.

Tension Seal Products Company Incorporated came right on time and got all of the windows in correctly. It was a big job and they handled it very well. I felt the price was fine considering all of the work they did.

Arrived on time to perform work (replace gutter add leaf guard to garage gutters). After they began job we decided to add leaf gutters to whole house after seeing the leaves and pine needles in gutters. They did bring enough leaf guard but went back to store to get the additional materials. Job was completed on time and they clean up!IMPRESSIVE!!

ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY WERE GOING TO DO ON MY HOME. VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK, AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE.
