The service is horrible, they don't take good care of their customers Some of the charges are not legit, i caught them charging prices of things that i did not purchased

I've had T-Mobile before and they were not as good as my current service provider. It's not as good for the rate. There were failure times which is not good. The service itself was okay. It was what I used it for. The only thing I had was trying to find someone who I could get the minutes from, if not you had to put your credit card in to order minutes and I don't like putting my credit card every time I order minutes. They were very good as far as talking to a person.

The way that I use T-Mobile is I buy $100 worth of minutes once a year. My phone is only for emergency calls. I don't like to yak on the phone because at my job I talk all day, so when I get home I'm done! T-Mobile have got locations all over the city - in fact, when I swapped phones, that was where I went to get some advice on which phone to swap to. I've got a simplified phone that doesn't have internet and all the other stuff on it. It is basically for if I get in an accident or run out of gas. The network is good: I've never had a failed call or a dropped call. I have a purpose for the phone and they fill that. Anytime I've had to call in they've been more than willing to help me correct any mistakes I've made in trying to get it refilled. I even had a card onetime that I had bought, and for some reason the card wouldn't work. Basically, they took me through the whole process and said the card had been used before - even though I just bought it through the store - and I was able to take it back to the store and get it replaced.
