Shofer's is the furniture store from heaven. This is enhanced by the fact that I belong to UBS, the United Buying Service, and this allows me a discount on their furniture. But even without that, this is a store that only carries quality, only tells the truth and acts on behalf of the customer, has a good selection, and offers no-expense advise on furniture choice.
This is the first "grown-up" furniture I have bought in an extensive lifetime, much of it spent as a bit of a nomad and adventurer. I have had to carefully watch my spending and buy items to last a long time -- at this point -- probably for the rest of my life. I am confident with Shofer's that the money will be well spent. They also do not provide any pressure and they stand by their furniture. I take a long time to choose and they have not bothered me about that. The delivery people are first rate, on time, and call ahead and work with one's schedule.

MaryJo at Shofers is a GREAT decorator. She is professional and to the point. She helped decorate my family room and chose furniture and pictures that look really good together. I gave this 4 stars and not 5 because the furniture prices were high.

Our saleslady was compete and knew her business. She gave us ideas and suggestions. She was knowledgeable with colors and materials. We had to choose most of our things from a catalog. We would recommend them and would use them again when needed.
