Everything has gone well. There have been delays and inconsistancies with the reconstruction team but I think I may use someone else.

Prompt service.  Good communication.  The carpet is light colored and ten years old.  This was the best result we have had and we were very pleased. 

The carpets were dry by bedtime.

ServiceMaster came in a very timely way. I work so I could not be with them. They were at my house for 4 days. They cleaned every inch of my house from top to bottom. I think it was a crew of 3 to 4 people. They did a great job! The soot is now gone. My house including walls, sparkles. I could not be more pleased. I do not know the cost because State Farm Insurance paid. I am sure it is quite costly Thanks, Susan

They were very prompt and courteous. They seemed very professional. I had a representative come first, then the workman and then an inspector to make sure it was done correctly. I man even came back today to move some heavy items back down for me.

They were very helpful. In my 75 years I had never seen damage like that and they were able to make it immaculatly clean in my home. They sent a whole crew over to help us out.

They did a fabulous job. They spent all of Christmas Eve removing the water from the basement and spent the next three days cleaning every item. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My insurance company, Encompasss Insurance, paid in advance 3 months to Service Master $12000.00 to due the clean up of my furniture and personal items in March 2009. My furniture was not delivered until May 16, 2009 so after spending 4 months in a hotel while my apartment was being redone, upon moving back in I found my belongings and furniture to not be completely restored. They charged me for items they never cleaned and many of the items were cleaned very poorly. They did a horrible job overall. The Rep was not available that weekend and he called when returned on Monday morning at 8:00am. I asked that I speak with a supervisor or the CEO and neither did contact me back because the Service Master rep did not have them contact me. My problem is that they were paid in advance and many items were not cleaned at all or very well. When the rep called me he offered to only credit me $600.00 if I did not want to accept this then have my lawyer contact him. I contacted my lawyer. I find this company unreliable and the rep dishonest.

THE WORKERS WERE GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WORKED VERY HARD ALL DAY. MY ISSUE WAS 4 MONTHS LATER I DISCOVERED A CRYSTAL GLASS CHIPPED. I CALLED 5 TIMES OVER A MONTH PERIOD NOT ONCE DID THEY RETURN MY CALL AND THEN I RECEIVED A TERSE LETTER SAYING I HAD SIGNED AN AGREEMENT THAT I HAD TO MAKE CLAIMS WITHIN 4 DAYS. GIVE ME THE COURTESY OF A CALL BACK!

THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE A LITTLE TOO EXPENSIVE. BUT THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS GREAT. MY CARPETS ARE CLEANER THAN EVER.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, AND POLITE. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS GREAT, AND THEY STAYED WITHIN THE PRICE RANGE OF WHAT WAS QUOTED ME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS.
