Sears

I have a contract with them and any time I have an appliance that needs to be repaired, they come and fix it. It's a little weird because making appointment with them it's like having a root canal without any anesthesia or any pain medicine but when they come they do work perfectly. Getting an appointment is the one that is really difficult. The price is reasonable actually. I'm still using them. The workers are very punctual, very well mannered and professional. They leave the area pretty much the exact way they found it.

They do what they say they are doing to do. I had insurance but I still spent more than I wanted to. I like that they have selection of the appliances. They have someone there to help you when you need it.

They were suppose to be here between 5 pm and 7pm.  I called them at 7:30 and they said it would be either half hour or hour-they weren't sure when it would be delivered.  They would not give me the number to the distribution center.  The lady I talked to would not let me talk to a supervisor or give her last name/employee number.  They finally show up at 9:45 pm with 4 men.  Only one man was putting in the washer and setting it up.  My wife brought up that they were late and there was no apology.  She asked to speak to a supervisor.  One of the men from the truck came in and said he was the owner.  She asked for the number of dispatch and they finally gave her a number.  When she called that number they stated that man does not own the company.  A week goes by and there are balance issues with the washer.  Two weeks go by.  I used a level and they didn't install it correctly.  I had a warranty with GE and they told me that it was not installed correctly.  You should avoid purchasing anything from Sears that has to be delivered.  They do not hire professionals.
