He's been very good and I wish he could do all my work for me. His prices seem to be a little below the market average. He wasn't perfect but he's the best contractor I've had in a very long time. I am currently in court with a contractor who did some work before Hank was here, and he was even willing to write up some specs to determine whether or not I was overcharged by the initial contractor.
