 + -1 moreI was charged for hours of labor that didn't result in a finding. $1200 and no positive results. I was told they just couldn't find a problem. Three times. Now, the car will not even start - I had it last in about 6 weeks ago - I feel that I was not taken seriously, I cannot believe that a mechanic could spend two days worth of labor looking for a problem that is so serious a car won't start. I am not clear that any work was ever, actually done on my car
Description of Work: D and J worked to find a wire that was cut when a new transmission was put in the car by another mechanic. The problem was a starting issue. I paid over $700 in labor alone. I was told it was fixed. Two weeks later it wouldn't start again. I took it back. They said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I repeated this one more time. Now my car will not start at all. I am going to find a new mechanic but cannot believe I spent $1200 to have a problem fixed that isn't - and that they won't honor that work and want to start charging me again to try, one more time, to figure out the problem. I feel very ripped off. I got, literally, nothing for my money.

Description of Work: I had a scratch on the rear door of the driver's side and a small scratch on the rear panel.
