I met Clausen and Mark at a Live baltimore event in Pigtown. We talked about what neighborhoods I wanted to look at, and that same week they sent me listings to choose from, They worked with my schedule and looked at houses on the weekends. Mark and Clausen were very responsive to any emails and questions I had and once I chose a house, gave suggestions on how to ease the process. Their referrals, Academy Mortgage and inspector Tom Wieke were awesome as well.

It took many months to find a buyer. The short sale process is not fun but for me it was the best solution. Clausen took the time with me (on many occasions) to explain where we were in the process and my options. In the end, I was able to sell my home as a short sale at a price comparable to other comps in the area.
