Contact him he sent me all credentials prior to work answer some of my question. Was able to come in a short frame of time. Arrived on time. Walked the premises. Then came inside his demure was excellent. He made a diagram of where each window was located and began taking test samples of window sills. He was through. He walked me through each step. Was very respected and thorough at the task at hand. He was very kind and pleasant didn't rush the job. I would highly recommend to others.

I had an excellent experience. He responded immediately to my call. He was able to perform the job very quickly from the time I requested his services. He arrived EXACTLY when scheduled. He explained everything, he cleaned up after himself, he worked quickly but efficiently. He explained the entire process and everything went as described. I had several rooms to test so it seemed a bit high in cost however I don't think it was too different from other companies (...i'm just cheap.) I would highly recommend the company and I would use him again if needed.

I recently purchased a rental house and have been working with many contractors and service people over the last few months. Norman truly was the most professional and responsive person I've worked with, not to mention he is a genuinely nice guy. I didn't understand what was required for the lead inspection so Norman explained the entire process in detail. What will be tested, how long it takes, what happens if I fail/pass, paper work requirements. There was also a paper work error caused by MDE that Norman went above and beyond to fix for me. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Mr. Rosenzweig was very professional and courteous when he came out to inspect the apartment. He did swipes of the windows for lab testing and took pictures of the areas that needed to be painted and gave me a timeline of when I could expect the lab results. The lab results came back early and he met with me to hand over the certificate. He was very punctual and efficient.

We are so incredibly pleased with Norm and Vanessa. They responded promptly to my emails and showed up on time for our appointments. They explained everything to me and gave me an estimate of costs for the final test ahead of time. They took pictures of each item of concern which made it easy to address, and we passed the lead test on the first try. We plan to use them again for our new home.
