Real Estate Service
We choose Chris Cooke to list our home because of his team's superior marketing. While we were very happy with the way our house was marketed that was about the only thing we were happy with.
Chris went on vacation the week that our house went on the market and again when we were supposed to be closing. He did not notify us that he would be going on vacation, nor did he leave us with contact information for anyone that could answer our questions. When we contacted the listing manager, she was unable to provide us with any guidance.
Overall, our experience was extremely stressful. Most of which was a direct result of being unable to get in contact with Chris when we important deadlines.
